What is the Missouri Rhine Valley Association?
The Missouri Rhine Valley Association (MRVA) encompasses parts of five counties along the Missouri River: Montgomery, Gasconade, Franklin, Warren and St. Charles.
The MRVA was formed to bring together artisans, food producers, hospitality and tourism professionals, local governments, wineries, vineyards, retailers who carry local products, and other entrepreneurs in the region.
The MRVA’s mission is to market, preserve and enhance heritage, culture and tourism through agricultural products, foods, wines, arts, crafts and historic sites.
Our goal is to develop a regional identity for the Missouri Rhine Valley, and use that identity to expand and market the products of the region. This approach combines support for small-scale entrepreneurs with a buy-local philosophy.
We encourage you to join the MRVA as a member or to enjoy the area’s many attractions and specialties as a happy consumer. |
